Scarab Club Photography Group: FOCUS
Meetings will begin when the SC reopens. Please register to receive updates about the group.

For nearly fifty years the SC has hosted a photography group that served as a place for Detroit area photographer to meet and share information about fine art photography. The Scarab Club is happy to announce that the photography group will be reintroduced as Focus. With a mission to expand and nurture the perspective of photographers from our community, it will be a monthly group meeting offered to members of the Scarab Club, with a free trial for interested photographers. Meetings will include discussions based on the practice of image making from a fine art perspective of the medium.

The SC does not share contact information submitted by individuals who register for email updates.

The Scarab Club is supported in part by awards from the Kresge Foundation, Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, Fred A. and Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation and the National  Endowment for the Arts.
